LALLA MERYEM CUP
Created in 1993 by His late Majesty King Hassan II, the women's equivalent of the Hassan II Trophy, the Lalla Meryem Cup, is much more than just a women's golf tournament. For three decades, this event has embodied sporting excellence for women.
The Lalla Meryem Cup, a Ladies European Tour event since 2010, is a celebration of women's grace, strength and passion for golf.
Every year, the demanding course at Royal Golf Dar Es Salam plays host to world-class female champions, wishing to win the precious minaudiere. From Marie-Laure de Lorenzi to Maja Stark, not forgetting Laura Davies, Annika Sörenstam and Gwladys Nocera, all these great ladies of golf have left their mark on the tournament's history and moved spectators with their talent and determination.
